ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Many of our clients are very comfortable to take care of the affairs of the deceased when the time comes. They like to have our assistance with the Certificate of “Probate” but once this is received, they take care of paying the debts, filing the tax returns, selling or disbursing the assets and making sure that all of the beneficiaries  get their fair share. On the other hand, some of our clients prefer to have our Law Firm “administer” the estate. The difference between these two is executor “support” versus hiring our firm to take care of everything and provide a stress-free wind-down of the estate.
